In Crest City lied the Poke Fighters Arena. A place were trainers go to fight other trainers and train their Pokémon. Most of the time Pokémon trainers went there to prep their Pokémon before heading to the Crest City Gym to face off against The King of The Ring himself Gym Leader Tyler. The Arena had their own leader as well, standing 5'9 inches at age 19 the Arena's leader was Heather Troung. She was the second-best trainer in all of Crest City; rumor has it that she once trained Tyler before he became a Gym Leader.
     Only Pokémon trainers who thought they could would challenge Heather, some come out victorious. Others lost to her team, some losses were to her famous Dragonite Makayla. Heather was a prime definition of Top-Trainer. Heather even have some fans who adore her, she's even a role model to some future trainers. But though she has all this, there is something about Heather no-one else but she knows. People in Crest City know about the Arena and how Heather became the leader, but they don't know much about her past......





- July 27 1991    
Heather's life started when she was born in the back of a pick-up truck in Saint Allyna. She lived the first few years of her life with her parents, and she was a happy child dreaming of being a Pokemon Master, much like her mother Nyra. But one day Heather was separated from her parents between Suburnite Town. She called for her parents, but the little four-year-old never say them for the rest of the day. She tried finding her own way home, but ended up lost along route 969. Sad, scared and alone Heather hid behind a rock and cried.

"Little girl, what are you doing here by yourself?" Heather than heard a voice, She looked up and saw a woman in dark purple, navy blue, grey and black clothing with the letters 'TN' on a silver medallion she wore. "Don't you know wild Pokémon roam here? Didn't your parents tell you?" Heather started to cry again when the blonde woman said 'parents'. 'Oh no. Don't cry, don't cry!' The woman picked her up and tried to calm down the sobbing four year old. "Blaineley! What are you doing!?" Another voice yelled. Blaineley turned her head and shouted back: "I found someone!" "Who?" the voice became louder and it revealed to be a man about Blaineley's age wearing the same clothing only pants instead of a long skirt. "Josh, I found this kid all by herself" Josh made eye contact with Heather as she tried to wiggle out of Blaineley's arms. Concerned about her safety the two thought of how to help her when someone came up.

    "Did you two Sigma's find something?" Another male voice said. They turned and saw an important person approach them. "M-M-Master McClain!" Blaineley stuttered "We were uhhh.... we...." Before Josh could finish Chris spotted the girl in Blaineley's arms. "Who is that?" Chris was concerned of the young girl the 'Sigma's found. "We don't know who she is; I found her crying here earlier." Blaineley responded. Thinking it over, Chris ordered the two back as he took Heather. Josh and Blaineley left and Heather tried to get out of Chris's grasp. "Whoa, whoa whoa! Take it easy!" He told her "I'm not gonna hurt you." He walked the little lost girl to a huge black and grey building. Heather found out sometime later that she was found by Team NightMare.

  After sometime, Heather began to show excellent knowledge of Pokemon and Pokemon Training. Seeing this Chris took her under his wing and began to mold her into an ideal NightMare. Years have gone by and Heather continued under Chris's lessons. Around 2001, Heather was eleven years young and started her Pokémon journey. Chris knew she made her proper Team NightMare material. When she turned 14, She became the youngest to earn the rank as Alpha NightMare in three years. Chris was proud of the young girl and became his favorite.


-April 17th 2004-
   Some time passed and a new face showed up for Team NightMare. A Spanish boy, Heather's age started off as a Basic NightMare. Thinking it was no big deal, she continued on with her rank. But what Heather didn't know was that the newcomer Alejandro was shooting up the ranks fast! First few weeks he was a Basic, but in nine weeks he became a Sigma with Josh and Blaineley. Heather thought 'Nine weeks? It took me a year to be a Sigma. At least he's still at the bottom ' Next thing she knew, five weeks went by, and Alejandro was know a Gamma. Chris began to sense Heather's nervousness and told her she's still his favorite, and no fast rising newcomer will take her place. Chris remembers Heather's past, but never told her that he found her parents. Chris was making her a future Alpha, and had to make sure she wasn't found, or she's out. So when he met Nyra and Gonard (her dad) He lied to them and said she was killed by a wild Rhydon. He also never said he lied about her parents abandoning her and was starting to favor Alejandro more than her.

   Soon the time came when Alejandro made his way as Alpha along with Heather. She didn't know that in her heart she had a deep emotional fear of abandonment. She just didn't know it yet. Trying to remain Top-Dog, She organized a plan to capture a powerful legendary psychic Pokemon and use its abilities to control wild Pokémon and trained Pokémon, as well. Trainer Pokémon would lash out and turn against their trainer, wild Pokémon would then come and take the trained Pokémon away, with no trainer having any Pokémon, Chris would easily take over. Knowing it had to be her best work yet; she hid the plans in her room and waited for the right time to show Chris.  Little did she know Alejandro had a talent for manipulation and overheard her plans. One night he took her out when everyone was gone and got the girl drunk out of her mind. [Not just regular drunk, Alejandro got Heather "The Hangover" drunk. She woke up the next day in a Pikachu costume on top of the Nettervine Gym.] Clearing her head she raced back to Route 969 only to find out Alejandro stole her plans and showed them to Chris. Lying to him that Heather gone out instead of helping him, Chris scowled at Heather and told Alejandro to keep watch over her.

    Team NightMare made their way to Mt. Draco as Alejandro returned with Cresselia. Upset Heather began to leave Dragon Summit and left for the base in Suburnite Town. As she sulked, Heather ran into a Pokemon Trainer known as Lilly. Before Lilly made judgment about Heather she explained to her what Team NightMare was doing. The trainer said she knew and was trying to stop them, remembering what happened and figuring out it was Alejadro who was the reason she ended up on the roof, Heather teamed up with Lilly to take down Team NightMare. The two girls reached the summit and had a Two-Trainer battle with NightMare Master Chris and Alpha Alejandro. The two men were defeated and Heather set Cresselia free. Lilly used her Charizard to escort the girls of Dragon Summit. When Heather and Lilly parted ways, Heather was sprayed by a blue gas, felt light-headed then passed out. She woke up surrounded by members of Team NightMare.

Chris revealed that he knew Heather foiled their plans [and since it was hers, she remembered a hole in the operation she told Lilly about] Chris scowled at Heather once again for what she did. He then stripped Heather of her Alpha rank and kicked her out of Team NightMare. Heather left the HQ and walked down Route 969 as she did when she was separated from her still alive parents. Eventually she made her way to Crest City and had an epiphany-dream. She was never meant to be part of Team NightMare, she was good at heart and needed independence to truly find herself. She didn't know that until she meet and aided Lilly. A few days later feeling good about herself, Heather tried to forget about Team NightMare [she snuck back in the building and cut all the electricity wires disconnected their hot water and put two hungry baby Totodiles in Chris's hot tub] she came across the Crest City Poke Fighters Arena. Once she became a member the first leader, a brunette woman named Stephanie took Heather in and became her surrogate mother.  Then the time came were Heather took over the Arena and found out the person she needed most in her life was Stephanie.

Present Day
  Some years have gone by and Heather was put her nightmare NightMare behind her. She was under the care of Stephanie and thought she never had to deal with Alejandro, Chris or Team Nightmare again. She only told Stephanie of her past and she help her move on. Heather know thinks she's happy.
